The office participates in many insurance plans, including some of the managed health
care plans. If the procedure is considered medical by yourprimary care physician, it is
necessary to have the necessary referral from the primary care doctor. In order to better
serve our patients, and to try and prevent confusion regarding coverage or lack of
coverage for a given procedure, it is asked that the patients supply their insurance
information at the time the initial appointment is made. Thus, the staff will be able to
find out if there are deductibles, co-pays, maximum annual allowances, or non-coverage for
your procedure. Our staff is dedicated to helping you with this process. This way many of
your coverage questions can be answered at the time of your first visit or before.
